Terms of Service

By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or otherwise using PromptHawk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These terms apply to PromptHawk's website and platform, operated by PromptHawk.

PromptHawk tracks, audits, and helps optimize how a brand appears across search engines and AI answer engines. During early access, features may change, break, or be removed as we build, and availability is not guaranteed.

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use PromptHawk.

You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

You agree not to misuse the service: no reverse engineering, scraping at a scale that disrupts the platform, reselling access without permission, or using PromptHawk to break the law or infringe others' rights.

PromptHawk and its software, design, and brand are owned by us. You keep ownership of the data and content you bring to the platform, and you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

PromptHawk references and queries third-party search and AI engines. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and their use here does not imply any affiliation or endorsement. We are not responsible for those services or their outputs.

Paid plans include a one-time, conditional 90-day guarantee: follow the PromptHawk plan for the first 90 days of your first paid subscription and, if your tracked AI-visibility score has not improved over that period, we will refund the subscription fees you paid for those 90 days.

A claim is valid only if ALL of the following conditions are met: (1) the 90-day window starts on the first day of your first paid subscription (trial days do not count) and covers a single brand, with no plan changes, pauses, or refunds during the window; (2) you signed in to your PromptHawk dashboard on every calendar day of the 90-day window, as verified by our access logs; (3) you implemented every recommendation PromptHawk issued for the brand within 7 days of it appearing, and you provide dated screenshots or live URLs evidencing each implementation; (4) your brand's tracked AI-visibility score on day 90 is not higher than its baseline at the start of the window, as measured by PromptHawk; (5) you submit your claim from your account email within 14 days after the window ends, including the complete evidence for condition (3).

Claims that do not meet every condition are not eligible. The guarantee refunds a followed plan that did not produce results — it is not a satisfaction refund; the Free tier, the trial, and two-click cancellation exist for trying PromptHawk out. One claim per customer. Fraud, automation, or manipulation of tracked metrics voids the guarantee. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Visibility scores and recommendations are estimates, not guarantees of ranking or AI citation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptHawk is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms or the service over time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms. You can stop using PromptHawk at any time.
